W-2 Employer State/City Copy 1

Use the W-2 Copy 1 to print employer wage and withholding information to send to a state or city. This form is preprinted with black ink. Forms are 2-up on an 8 ½” x 11” sheet with no side perforation and printed on 20# laser paper. Order by the number of forms needed, not the sheet. Mail in a batch to the state or city.
